At this stage, we’ll take a hands-on approach to reviewing your ideas and the specifics of your space. We’ll discuss the project scope in depth, address any design considerations, and, if needed, connect you with our trusted design partners. If you already have plans in place, we’ll go over them together to ensure they align with your goals.

Budget & Scope Review

We’ll break down the estimated costs and work required so you have a transparent understanding of the investment. By the end of this meeting, you’ll receive a pricing range and a clear path forward.

Step 3: Pre-Construction Agreement

Following the in-person consultation, we’ll craft a detailed plan to turn your vision into reality.

Design & Planning

With the initial consultation complete, we’ll develop detailed design and planning documents to ensure a smooth remodeling process. We’ll outline every detail, provide clear specifications, and give you opportunities to make adjustments before work begins. Whether it’s a full home renovation or a single-room remodel, we focus on capturing your vision and preventing surprises down the road.

Permitting & Site Preparation

We handle the necessary land surveys and permitting, making sure your project stays compliant with all legal requirements. Permitting timelines can vary from 1 to 6 months, depending on the city, but we’ll navigate the process to keep everything on track.

Budgeting & Pre-Construction Prep

We prioritize cost transparency, providing a detailed breakdown of expenses so you know exactly where your investment is going. Once permits, materials, and final costs are set, we’ll present a formal construction contract. This contract will outline every detail, including the initial down payment (typically 30% of the project cost) needed to begin work.

Step 4: Construction Phase

With everything in place, we begin construction, managing each step with precision and efficiency.

Pre-Construction Walkthrough

Before construction starts, we’ll conduct a walkthrough to go over safety measures, key access points (such as water shut-off valves and electrical panels), and final design details. We’ll also document the property’s existing conditions through photos and videos.

Material Procurement

Demolition & Site Prep

Construction Begins

Final Walkthrough & Quality Check
